The transaction concerns the supply of hardware, software and services for a perimeter subject to the Military Programming Law (LPM). It aims to supply and support the installation of a set of network detection probes (IDS) qualified by the ANSSI (National Agency for Information Systems Security).

1/ Supply of network detection probes (IDS) qualified by the ANSSI (National Agency for the Security of Information Systems). The supplier is expected to provide us with a wide range of products that can be adapted to different network environments (dimensioning, connection technology). It is desirable to know the complete range, the upcoming developments and the documentation related to the equipment

2/ Supply of software for the administration and configuration of network detection probes (IDS) qualified by the ANSSI. Solutions are expected to be accessible via graphical interface and CLI, and to have complete operating documentation in at least French or English.

3/ Provision of services for a perimeter subject to the Military Programming Law (LPM). It is expected that the following services will be available:

- training on the solutions delivered (face-to-face and remote, with a catalogue according to different levels and profiles)

- Integration and initial configurations of probes and management interfaces

- Incident support by a standard means of contact (email / web / telephone) with a commitment of processing time

- Face-to-face support assistance in the event of a major upgrade or an action deemed sizing and requiring user support

- Support in Professional service mode to fully exploit the solution in our environment in accordance with the requirements of the PDIS standard

The maximum of the contract is set at €8 million excluding VAT, over the total duration of the contract, including renewal periods.
