- The formation of single lots was based on the regional belonging of the properties to the regional infrastructure management (RIM) in the regional directorates (RD) as well as the total consumption of the year 2020 (lot 1: approx. 29.309 GWh, lot 2: approximately 27.893 GWh, lot 3: approx. 33.653 GWh and lot 4: approx. 19.720 GWh) of the individual lots.

- Berlin and Potsdam (RD BB),
- Kiel and Rostock (RD N),
- Chemnitz (RD S),
- Magdeburg (RD SAT).
