The subject of the procurement is the establishment of a self-service portal (framework agreement) that meets all the requirements of the service description. The self-service portal should be able to be used by the client vis-à-vis its customers as well as other affiliated companies of the BITMARCK group of companies, so that the client is enabled to direct users to the services linked to the self-service portal and to transfer the service requests to the connected solutions in a structured manner. The client should be able to meet assumed service obligations from various agreements with its customers and affiliated companies. In addition, further services are owed after acceptance, in particular the operation (application management) and further development of the portal.

The further development and adaptation of customer-specific functions as well as additional maintenance services of the further developed portal are the subject of possible individual retrieval on the basis of this framework agreement.
