A framework agreement on the implementation of occupational medicine (lots 1 to 7) and safety-related (lots 8 to 9) services in accordance with ASiG and DGUV V2 for the employees of Niedersachsen Ports GmbH & Co. KG (NPorts) as well as JadeWeserPort Realisierungs GmbH & Co. KG and Container Terminal Wilhelmshaven JadeWeserPort-Marketing GmbH & Co. KG (JWP).
The order is to be awarded for each lot in the form of a framework agreement with a company (Section 21 VgV) and, in accordance with Section 19 of the Law on Company Doctors, Safety Engineers and Other Specialists for Occupational Safety (Arbeitsicherheitsgesetz - ASiG -) of December 12, 1973, includes the tasks result from §§ 3 and 6 ASiG in conjunction with the accident prevention regulation "Company doctors and specialists for occupational safety" of the German statutory accident insurance (DGUV regulation 2).
