Description:

Supply, installation and maintenance of shelters public transport and publicity signs.

It is a contract for the acceptance of supplies.

The contracting authority is not obliged to export a certain amount of urban furniture. The quantities given are probable and can vary in both more or less. The contractor can under no circumstances claim compensation if the total quantities stated are not purchased.

The assignment referred to herewith is carried out against the endorsement of an agreement for the duration of 10 years whereby, on the one hand, the city council of Nieuwpoort grants permission to the contractor to conduct publicity and, on the other hand, the contractor undertakes to:

a. the execution of the assignment:

- the supply, installation and maintenance of shelters for public transport on the territory of the city of Nieuwpoort;

- the supply, installation and maintenance of publicity boards on the territory of the city of Nieuwpoort;

b. the payment of an annual fee, specified in the quotation;

c. paying a one-time fixed sum of 250,000 EUR, regardless of the number of shelters and information boards;
