The Ministry of Finance and for Europe of the State of Brandenburg (MdFE) has decided to tender general project services, consulting services, design and implementation services in the new financial management (SAP). A framework service contract is provided for this purpose. Within this performance framework, specific projects in the SAP environment should be able to be carried out. As a result, the solutions then implemented within the NFM system are to be operated in accordance with the existing operating rules. The estimated total value in point II.1.5) represents the absolute ceiling. In principle, an estimated release volume of 2,500,000.00 to 4,000,000.00 euros is assumed.

As part of this call for tenders, companies should generally offer services that enable the CCoE to carry out general projects in the SAP environment in addition to technical and professional application operation. This therefore initially includes general project services, consulting services, design and implementation services. The aim of the tender is to conclude a framework agreement between AG and a qualified contractor with the ability to further develop NFM accounting based on SAP in the state of Brandenburg. Projects to be aimed at include switching to S/4 HANA, SAP Grantor Management, adapting the systems, e.g. after a reorganization, optimizing the deletion and archiving solution, replacing specialist and preliminary procedures with interfaces to SAP cost and service accounting, e-billing and SAP CCO (SAP Customer Checkout). The ability is determined in particular by the services to be provided by the contractor in project management.

Within this contractual framework, the contracting parties should be able to conclude individual contracts (EBV-IT contracts), with which the contractor carries out concrete projects to be determined later or preparatory measures for this purpose. This can be, for example, the implementation of feasibility studies and design services.
