The services will consist of carrying out preventive and curative upkeep and maintenance operations of the Fire Safety equipment on Semader's rental housing portfolio.

The services are divided into 3 geographical lots and consist of 2 parts:

- A lump sum for the performance of preventive services;

- A purchase order (PO) portion for corrective services. This part is concluded with no minimum amount and a maximum amount defined below and in the documents of the DCE.
