The competition concerns consultancy services for the communications and transport area for Aust og Vest Agder fylkeskommune, and for Adger kollektivtraffic AS distributed over 3 contract areas.

The total scope of Part 1 of the delivery is anticipated to be 600 hours annually.

Assistance for analyses related to the development of public transport facilities in Aust og Vest-Agder, with an assessment of the existing route network and route offerings, feasibility studies and planning of the future route network and route offerings.

Assistance connected to the development of the public transport system in Aust og Vest Agder, with emphasis on the planning of physical initiatives. The total scope of Part 2 of the delivery is anticipated to be 900 hours annually.

Assistance connected to analyses and review of the transport system. The Kristiansand region will enter into an urban growth agreement with the state. The general objective of the agreement is zero growth for passenger vehicle traffic and a more environmentally friendly transport. This involves a comprehensive approach to the transport system and all transport forms.

The negotiations with the state are not finished so there is some uncertainty in regard to the scope and nature of this part of the assignment. Approx. 200 hours annually.
