The tender includes the supply of copy paper for all areas of the University Hospital Augsburg
The University Hospital Augsburg intends to award a framework contract for the procurement of copy paper.
The entire order will only be awarded to one contractor.
The client (AG) calls on the demand over the entire contract period. The delivery dates mentioned here and insofar as delivery dates have been specifically agreed are binding. The contractor must ensure that he has the required items in stock or that he can procure them on time.
Delivery is made in accordance with DPU (Incoterms 2020) to the University Hospital Augsburg. Upon delivery, the Contractor must observe the house rules of the Customer (Appendix 6).

2024 approx. 21.12 million sheets p.a. / approx. 1.76 million sheets p. month.*

2025 approx. 21.12 million sheets p.a.* / approx. 1.76 million sheets per month.*
2026 approx. 21.12 million sheets p.a.* / approx. 1.76 million sheets p. month.*
2027 approx. 21.12 million sheets p.a.* / approx. 1.76 million sheets p. month.*
* Delivery is made on a Euro pallet (dimensions: 80 x 120 cm) or on a normal pallet (dimensions: 63 x 88 cm).
The purchase quantities are estimates. Please note that these are not minimum purchase quantities and that the purchase quantities can also be larger. A minimum purchase quantity is not guaranteed.
The annual maximum consumption is available according to the call-offs.
Between the order date and the delivery date, the delivery period must be max. 5 working days (Mon-Fri) are adhered to. Delivery bottlenecks must not arise.
