The contract concerns the following item specified in the invitation to tender:

Lappeenranta - Imatra between public transport lines 100 and 101

The Customer will acquire from the Operator the operation of the Lappeenranta - Imatra route defined in the timetable plan, as defined in this invitation to tender. Detailed line descriptions are attached to the invitation to tender.

The service must comply with the invitation to tender and operate as agreed. The operator is responsible for ensuring that the service meets the requirements specified in this invitation to tender and the documents attached to it and complies with legislation and official regulations in order to fulfil the requirements of the contract.

Open cooperation, trust and interaction are required from the parties in order to develop the functionality of the agreement.

Contract length 1.7.2023 - 30.6.2024 + 1 +1 option years.

Fleet requirements in general:

Emission level Euro V

Age limit 14.00 years. There is no age limit for a spare car. The spare car can be used for up to three days in a row.

Minimum seating capacity 47
