The purpose of this contract is corrective and evolutionary maintenance relating to firewalls, remote access devices, IDS/IPS protection systems and certain specific routing and switching equipment associated with it.

Three types of services are covered by this contract:

• Corrective maintenance services in operating mode: these are omnium operating services relating to the resolution of incidents.

• Managed services concern the provision of personnel to carry out planned or urgent changes to the security systems of centralized networks. These services concern equipment already installed without any change in architecture or security.

• Services in project mode: these are services relating to projects for the punctual evolution of network security equipment and associated elements. During the course of the contract, other projects not yet defined may be ordered by the contracting authority. These projects differ from services in managed mode in that they bring evolutions of architectures and / or security with possibly integration of new network security equipment.
