Service Delivery

Recruitment for roles that will provide such services as these:

1st / 2nd line support to 650+ users based in Brighton. Manage allocated incidents, problems and requests through to successful resolution via ServiceNow, escalating to the relevant support teams when necessary, whilst targeting a high First Contact fix rate. Experience and skills will cover: Windows 7, the Office 2007 and 2010 suite of programmes and Windows Operating Systems, Administration of Active Directory and MS Exchange 2007, Administration of VMware, IOS and Blackberry devices, standard PC builds, imaging and software packaging via (SCCM). Managing the service catalogue & asset management via ServiceNow.


Programme and Project Management

Recruitment for roles that will provide such services as these:

The IT Centre function is responsible for ensuring accurate, consistent management information on TPR’s project portfolio is available in a timely manner. This includes reviewing project documentation and providing constructive feedback. Monitoring of project issues and risks is vital so as to support their effective resolution. Additionally, all Internal and External Audit activities will be coordinated and managed.


Business Analyst

Recruitment for roles that will provide such services as these:

Accountable for developing clear, concise and accurate business cases documents and producing actionable business requirements that enable TaCS to work with external suppliers and the internal development team to design and develop innovative technology solutions to underpin TPRs business processes. This function supports operation across the entire Systems Development Lifecycle.


Development

Recruitment for roles that will provide such services as these:

Responsible for the design, installation, testing and maintenance of software systems. Examples of technical areas are: MS dynamics, Windows Forms, ASP.Net Forms, VB.Net, Business Objects, Web Design, MySQL, Microsoft Access, Visual Basic / VBA / VBScript / ASP.


Unique and Specialist

Recruitment for roles that will provide such services as these:

— use a good understanding of the UK pension system and regulation to design end to end data management aligned to the Target Operating Model (TOM) This will involve ingestion, wrangling, cleansing, managing, handling and exploiting structured / unstructured data / big data and application of suitable advanced techniques,

— use engaging narrative to communicate the best practice use of data to the business. Be able to explain the advantages of complex data-led solutions to business partners,

— provide continuous improvement of established data-led functions,

— producing repeatable data pipelines, version control, testing and performance optimisation,

— update data governance rules onto TPR’s data estate,

— keep abreast of developments in the data field and use this knowledge to drive business decisions,

— design visualisations,

— develop and enhance TPR as a data-driven business by combining data science capability, with software skills and business knowledge,

— projects which will include data wrangling / cleansing or automation to streamline processes and drive business efficiency, using software and coding skills.
