The subject of the contract includes the provision of services consisting in the collection of any amount of municipal waste from the owners of real estate located in the Commune of Przecław and their development in the period from January 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023 4.2. The scope of the contract includes: 1) collection and management of municipal waste from real estate on which residents live; 2) collection and management of municipal waste from real estate on which there are summer houses or other properties used for recreational purposes; 3) ensuring the selective collection of municipal waste including fractions: a) paper, b) metals, plastics, multi-material packaging waste, c) glass, d) bio-waste, 4) collection of bio-waste constituting municipal waste only from real estate: a) multi-apartment, b) on which there are summer houses or other properties used for recreational purposes, c) single-family, on which the possession of a household composter has not been declared, and composting of bio-waste constituting municipal waste in it – the list of the above-mentioned properties will be provided to the Contractor immediately after signing the contract, while the data updating the list will be sent to the Contractor on an ongoing basis by electronic means, to the e-mail address indicated by the Contractor,
