Description:
DEVELOPMENT OF MUNICIPAL WASTE COLLECTED FROM THE AREA OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF POPPIES PODHALANSKI IN 2022.

1. The object of the contract is: Acceptance and development of collected municipal waste mixed, selectively collected municipal waste and biowaste from the area of the Municipality of Maków Podhalański.

Mixed waste (non-segregated) provided by the Ordering Party (collected from the area of the Municipality of Maków Podhalański by the Entrepreneur providing waste collection services) should go directly to the municipal installation. Selective waste supplied by the Ordering Party (collected from the area of the Municipality of Maków Podhalański by an Entrepreneur providing waste collection services) should go to a waste recovery or disposal plant meeting the requirements laid down in the specific regulations, the law of 14 December 2012 on waste (t.j.OJ 2021.779 as amended), the law of 13 September 1996 on the maintenance of cleanliness and order in municipalities (i.e., OJ 2021.888 as amended) and the current Waste Management Plan of the Małopolskie Voivodeship.

The indicative amount of municipal waste which the Ordering Party provides to collect from the inhabitants of the Municipality of Maków Podhalański during the period of the contract with the Contractor receiving the waste delivered will be approximately 4,491,10 MG.

2. Fractions of waste according to the existing Waste Management Plan of the Małopolskie Voivodeship and the Law of 13 September 1996 on the maintenance of cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 888, as amended) - Article 9e should go directly to the municipal installation and, in the case of selectively collected municipal waste, directly or through another waste collector for the recovery or disposal plant, in accordance with the hierarchy of ways to handle waste referred to in Article 17 of the Waste Act of 14 December 2012.

3. The supply of municipal waste will be carried out by cars of the Entrepreneur, currently receiving municipal waste from the area of the Municipal Maków Podhalański Municipality.

4. The Contractor shall be obliged to provide monthly reports to the Contracting Authority containing information on the amount of waste collected broken down by individual fractions during the month in Mg

Zoning of mixed municipal waste. Waste code: 20 03 01

Adoption and development of collected municipal waste mixed (non-segregated) from the territory of the municipality of Maków Podhalański. Waste code 20 03 01. The estimated weight of waste in MG for the duration of the conclusion of the contract, i.e. 12 months, is approximately 1,500,00 Mg. The waste fractions collected in accordance with the existing Waste Management Plan of the Lesser Poland Voivodeship and Law of 13 September 1996 on the maintenance of cleanliness and order in municipalities (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 888, as amended) — Article 9e should go directly to the municipal installation and in the case of selectively collected municipal waste, directly or through another waste collector for a waste recovery or disposal plant, in accordance with the hierarchy of ways to handle waste referred to in Article 17 of the Waste Act of 14 December 2012.

The supply of municipal waste will be carried out by the Contractor's own cars, currently receiving municipal waste from the area of the municipality of Maków Podhalański.

The Contractor shall be obliged to provide monthly reports to the Contracting Authority containing information on the amount of waste received broken down by individual fractions during the month in Mg.

For Waste Code 20 03 01 — The Contractor taking part in the proceedings shall have the status of a municipal installation for the processing of unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste or residue from the treatment of such waste as referred to in Article 38b (1) (1) the Waste Act meeting the requirements of the best available technique referred to in Article 207 of the Act of 27 April 2001 — Environmental Protection Law or Technology referred to in Article 143 of that Act.

The estimated amount of waste broken down by individual fractions was drawn up on the basis of its own analyses based on past reporting and its own assumptions and is for waste code 20 30 01 - 1 500,00 MG. Total 1,500,00 MG.

The Contracting Authority does not guarantee the above amount of waste during the duration of the contract

Biowaste management. Waste code: 20 01 08, 20 02 01 01 01

Adoption and development of collected biodegradable kitchen waste and biodegradable waste from the area of the Municipality of Maków Podhalański. Waste code 20 01 08; 20 02 01.

The Contractor shall demonstrate that he has a waste recovery or disposal facility which meets the requirements laid down in the specific provisions, i.e. the Waste Act of 14 December 2012 and the Law of 13 September 1996 on the maintenance of cleanliness and order in municipalities or has a contract concluded with the operator of such an installation for processing the waste code concerned and the operator of that installation shall have a decision by the competent authority which shall authorise the processing of such waste for at least 12 months.

Delivery of the waste will be carried out by the Contractor's own cars, currently receiving municipal waste from the area of the Municipality of Maków Podhalański.

The Task Contractor shall be obliged to provide monthly reports to the Contracting Authority containing information on the amount of waste received broken down by individual fractions during the month in Mg.

The estimated amount of waste broken down by individual fractions has been drawn up on the basis of its own analyses based on past reporting and its own assumptions and during the period of the contract is: for waste code 20 01 08 Biodegradable kitchen waste — 5,00 Mg; for code of waste 20 01 08 Biodegradable kitchen waste — 5,00 Mg; waste 20 02 01 Biodegradable waste — 120,00 Mg. Total for Parts No 2 — 125,00 Mg.

The Contracting Authority shall not guarantee the above amount of waste during the duration of the contract.

Zoning of selectively collected municipal waste. Waste code: 20 01 39, 20 01 40, 15 01 04, 15 01 02

Adoption and development of selectively collected municipal waste (plastics, plastic packaging, metals, metal packaging) from the area of the Municipality of Maków Podhalański. Waste code 15 01 02; 20 01 39; 15 01 04; 20 01 40.

The contractor carrying out the order should demonstrate that he has a waste recovery or disposal facility which meets the requirements laid down in the specific provisions, i.e. the Waste Act of 14 December 2012 and the Law of 13 September 1996 on maintenance of cleanliness and the order in the municipalities or has a contract concluded with the operator operating such an installation for processing the waste code concerned and the operator of that installation shall have a decision of the competent authority for authorising the processing of such waste at least for a period of 12 months.

The supply of municipal waste will be carried out by the Contractor's own cars, currently receiving municipal waste from the area of the municipality of Maków Podhalański.

The Contractor shall be obliged to provide monthly reports to the Contracting Authority containing information on the amount of waste received broken down by individual fractions during the month in Mg.

The estimated amount of waste broken down by individual fractions was drawn up on the basis of its own analyses based on past reporting and the Contracting Authority's own assumptions and is: for waste code 15 01 02 Plastic packaging, 20 01 39 Plastics — 500,00 Mg; for Waste code 15 01 04 Metal packaging and 20 01 40 Metals — 3,00 Mg. Total for Parts No 3 — 503,00 Mg.

The Contracting Authority shall not guarantee the Contractor the task of the above quantity of waste during the duration of the contract.

The Contractor shall demonstrate that he has a waste recovery or disposal facility which meets the requirements laid down in the specific provisions, i.e. the Waste Act of 14 December 2012 and the Law of 13 September 1996 on the maintenance of cleanliness and order in municipalities or has a contract concluded with the operator of such an installation for processing the waste code concerned and the operator of that installation shall have a decision by the competent authority which shall authorise the processing of such waste for at least 12 months.

The supply of municipal waste will be carried out by the Contractor's own cars, currently receiving municipal waste from the area of the municipality of Maków Podhalański.

The Contractor shall be obliged to provide monthly reports to the Contracting Authority containing information on the amount of waste received broken down by individual fractions during the month in Mg.

The estimated amount of waste broken down by individual fractions was drawn up on the basis of its own analyses based on past reporting and its own assumptions and is: for waste code 15 01 01 Paper and cardboard packaging and 20 01 01 01 Paper and cardboard — 60,00 Mg. Total for Part No. 4 — approximately 60,00 Mg.

The Contracting Authority shall not guarantee the Contractor carrying out the task of the above quantity of waste during the duration of the contract.

Adoption and development of selectively collected municipal waste from the territory of the municipality of Maków Podhalański. Waste code 15 01 07, 20 01 02.

The Contractor shall demonstrate that he has a waste recovery or disposal facility which meets the requirements laid down in the specific provisions, i.e. the Waste Act of 14 December 2012 and the Law of 13 September 1996 on the maintenance of cleanliness and order in municipalities or has a contract concluded with the operator of such an installation for processing the waste code concerned and the operator of that installation shall have a decision of the competent authority which shall authorise the processing of such waste for at least 12 months.

The supply of municipal waste will be carried out by the Contractor's own cars, currently receiving municipal waste from the area of the municipality of Maków Podhalański.

The Contractor shall be obliged to provide monthly reports to the Contracting Authority containing information on the amount of waste received broken down by individual fractions during the month in Mg.

The estimated amount of waste broken down by individual fractions was drawn up on the basis of its own analyses based on the previous reporting and the Contracting Authority's own assumptions and is for waste code 15 01 07 Glass packaging and 20 01 02 Glass — 300,00 Mg. Total for Parts No 5 — 300,00 Mg.

The Contracting Authority shall not guarantee the above quantity of waste to the Contractor carrying out the task at the time of the contract.

Admission and management of selectively collected municipal waste from the territory of the municipality of Maków Podhalański for waste codes: 20 03 07, 16 01 03, 17 01 07, 17 02 02, 20 01 10, 20 01 11, 20 01 19*, 20 01 21*, 20 01 25, 20 01 27*, 20 01 28, 20 01 31*, 20 01 32, 20 01 33*, 20 01 34, 20 01 35*, 20 01 36, 20 01 99, 20 03 99.

The Contractor shall demonstrate that he has a waste recovery or disposal facility which meets the requirements laid down in the specific provisions, i.e. the Waste Act of 14 December 2012 and the Law of 13 September 1996 on the maintenance of cleanliness and order in municipalities or has a contract concluded with the operator of such an installation for processing the waste code concerned and the operator of that installation shall have a decision by the competent authority which shall authorise the processing of such waste for at least 12 months. And for waste code 20 03 99, the Contractor should demonstrate that he has a waste recovery or disposal plant that meets the requirements laid down in the specific provisions, i.e. the Law of 14 December 2012 on Waste and the Act of 13 September 1996 on Maintenance cleanliness and order in the municipalities.

The supply of municipal waste will be carried out by the Contractor's own cars, currently receiving municipal waste from the area of the municipality of Maków Podhalański.

The Contractor shall be obliged to provide monthly reports to the Contracting Authority containing information on the amount of waste received broken down by individual fractions during the month in Mg.
