Flytoget is investing heavily in a digital presence and shall initiate and implement several major IT initiatives in the next 2 years (2016-2017). Flytoget has, thus, a need for consultancy services within several IT areas.
As the IT department in Flytoget is small in relation to the delivery requirement, we use a lot of suppliers and service providers to support projects. The projects range from customer orientated systems, integration projects and payment systems.
We would like to join up with 1 or several consultancy environments who can contribute to Flytoget reaching its digital strategy goals. Our needs are within the following areas:
— Competence area A: Project management;
— Competence area B: Test management;
— Competence area C: System architect/performance architecture;
— Competence area D: Digital user experience/graphical design.
We would like to have a framework agreement with 1 or several environments within each competence area who can offer available qualified competence and where we can continually make call-offs as needed.

The procurement will be carried out as a 2 stage negotiated procedure in accordance with the Utilities Regulations Section 5-1. Pre-qualification deadline: 7.12.2015, 9:00.
