The framework agreement includes the provision of ecological services as a consultant, all with successive call-offs when needs arise in the day-to-day operations of each calling authority. The assignments will be more clearly defined at each individual call.

The duties include investigation, planning and participation as an expert / quality review in the creation (construction) of nutritional reducing measures such as the construction of wetlands, two-stage ditches and overflow beds. The consultant will describe and execute the projects with the aim of reducing nutrient transport to the recipient as well as increase and preserve biodiversity.
