The job of the incumbent is to ensure the availability and maintenance in operational condition of the Arcene application.

To this end, it provides hosting, operation and third-party application maintenance, which includes:

- preventive maintenance;

- curative maintenance;

- progressive maintenance.

The functional administration of the solution is provided by the CNC and includes:

- the hotline with the users of the application (cinematographic establishments, distribution company, laboratories, etc.);

- creation and deletion of user accounts;

- recording of data relating to projection servers.
