the purpose of this framework agreement is to carry out maintenance, restructuring, redevelopment of premises, major repairs and minor rehabilitations and renovations of the built heritage of the city of Tours and the CCAS, including asbestos removal work. This contract also concerns the built heritage of Tours Métropole Val de Loire for lots 2, 3, 12 and 13. This framework agreement, with maximum, will result in the issuance of purchase orders and the conclusion of subsequent contracts. The Framework Agreement is concluded for an initial period from 01 January 2023 (or the date of notification if later) until 31 December 2023
