HEART Academies Trust (HEART) are looking to appoint a single Supplier who will demonstrate technical competency, best value for money and to provide all requirements in relation to acquiring remanufactured laptops. It is anticipated that these services will be promoted and accessed by the Education Sector and by other small to medium sized public sector organisations.

The aim of this framework is to offer Customers, through a simple ordering process, the opportunity to obtain remanufactured laptops which not only will be value to money but will also be manufactured from minimal carbon footprint.

The aim of this framework is to offer Customers, through a simple ordering process, the opportunity to obtain remanufactured laptops which not only will be value to money but will also be manufactured from minimal (close to zero) carbon footprint.

This framework is based on a partnership approach between the supplier, customer, and Value Match. The outcome of this collaborative approach is to deliver value for money.

Clear communication between the Supplier and customer is essential to deliver a fruitful outcome to this framework.

Customers are to be presented with cost-effective products. Pricing should be fair and transparent.

This Framework focuses on sustainability and green practises.

A fresh approach is encouraged within this framework to promote and develop a customer to make better informed buying decisions. Examples may include but not exclusive to:

• Customer Buying Patterns / Timings

• Quantities

• Product Knowledge / Understanding
