Part 3 covers occupational health care at Nolia AB. Parts 4 to 8 include both occupational health care and investigation, support and treatment of alcohol, drugs and gambling at Vindeln Municipality, Vindelnsbostäder AB, Aktiebolag Bubergsgårdens Friluftsananläggningar, Vännäs Municipality, Vännäs Fastigheter, Fastighetstjänster i Vännäs AB, Robertsfors Municipality, Nordmaling Municipality and Bjurholm Municipality.

The occupational health care assignment refers to support for the buyer's systematic work environment management, work adaptation and rehabilitation of the municipality's total of approximately 14,000 employees. The agreement is estimated to be worth SEK 17 million/year. The assignment includes assisting the parties in promoting health, preventing and eliminating health risks in the workplace, and assisting us in the sick leave process and in the rehabilitation work.

The purpose of the Investigation, Support and Treatment of Alcohol, Drugs and Gambling is to provide clients with support and help in identifying, investigating and treating high-risk use, harmful use, addiction and codependency due to alcohol, drugs and gambling. The process should give the individual support and guidance to a life without risky use, harmful use, addiction and codependency. As there is support in research that motivation is an important factor for a successful result, we as buyers of services are keen to offer our employees the opportunity for individual or group treatment.
