The scope of construction works includes the construction of a one-storey building in a form close to the middle of the letter "H" with an internal green courtyard allowing for safe and fully controlled access to fresh air for people in the center. Thanks to this form, the facility will be friendly to people with disabilities, there will be no barriers preventing the movement of people in wheelchairs. The property has 15 entrances, including 3 from the courtyard side. The facility under construction will be equipped with all necessary installations, i.e. water, sewage, rainwater drainage, electricity, call for gases, heating, mechanical ventilation.
