The object of the procurement includes:
1 pcs protected safety car (SUV or similar larger than passenger car) + 1 pcs vehicles as an option.
The minimum requirements for the object of procurement include partly confidential information (TL IV), which is why the material will only be presented at the premises of the Finnish Defence Forces in exchange for a non-disclosure obligation.

The object of the procurement includes 1 protected safety car (SUV or similar larger than a passenger car) + 1 vehicle as an option.
Description of the object of the acquisition:
- A passenger car which meets the requirements of the legislation in force and is approved in accordance therewith for the transport of personnel and equipment;
- Number of seats 1+3
- The main operating environment of the vehicle is a hard-paved road or a hard-surfaced gravel road
- The car must be presentable and blend in with vehicles used for transporting high-ranking persons and strangers
- The body type of the vehicle must be large enough to physically protect the VIP vehicle in different situations (SUV or equivalent higher than a passenger car)
- The system can be used in road transport in Finland and Europe
"The system can be used to navigate the main road network and forest roads in Finland
- The equipment of the vehicle meets the requirements set for Finnish and EU motor vehicles
- Diesel or petrol (not hybrid)
- What is the drivetrain, all-wheel drive
-Automatic transmission
- The vehicle must be at least VR6 level protected for the passenger compartment (ballistic protection). Protection must be factory-equipped, not retrofitted
- The chassis and roof structure must be protected at least by hand grenade explosive and shrapnel protection
- The interior of the car must be spacious enough to accommodate at least 3 additional persons in addition to the driver wearing protective vests.
The requirement is verified by practical experimentation.

Tenderers must notify their intention to participate in the tendering process by sending the tenderer's details and the details of the contact person to the contracting entity by 5.9.2023 by e-mail to: contracts.fdflogcom@mil.fi
The Management Unit will contact and agree on a date approximately during week 36, when the proposed tenderer may come and inspect the classified material.
The tenderer's persons must sign a non-disclosure declaration and agree to be subject to a basic security clearance if necessary.
A certificate of conformity shall be submitted for the equipped vehicle.
Delivery time by 31.12.2024.
The terms of delivery are NOL Supplier's place in Finland (Finnterms 2001). Acceptance check
is made at the supplier's premises in Finland.
