Conclusion of a framework contract with a company (framework contract partner/contractor) for a contract period of seven (7) years in accordance with Section 14 (1), paragraph 3 VsVGV on manufacture/adaptation (surveying) and Delivery of SK1 ballistic underbody vests for the police of the state of Lower Saxony with the option in favor of the client to extend the framework contract three times by 12 months in each case.
