TENT M23 AND HEATER<
P xmlns="http://publications.europa.eu/resource/schema/ted/R2.0.8/publication">The Finnish Defence Forces Logistics Command (hereinafter referred to as the Contracting Entity) requests your request to participate in the procurement of tent M23 and heater in accordance with this request for participation and its annexes.

Purchase applies to tents M23 and heaters. Tent M23 and heater form a functional whole, and the purchase cannot be divided between the tent and the heater.

Tent M23 is a tent for 8 or more people. The design of the tent is such that it must be possible to divide the tent fabric into at least two parts. Tent M23 can be heated with a stove/similar. This heater is part of the object of purchase.

Parts of the sheet shall be capable of being used separately as temporary accommodation and shall constitute a rain protection area. The top attachment of the tent is such that it can be attached around the trunk of the tree.

The tent has no side poles or support arches

The purchase includes Tent M23 and heater assemblies as follows:

Option:

Tent M23 (for at least 6 people)

in 2025 there are 200 pcs (± 30%)

in 2025 there are 200 pcs (± 30%)

There are

200 heaters (± 30%).

The Customer shall notify of the redemption of the options in writing by the end of May 2025.

Terms of delivery TOP Hämeenlinna, Finland (Incoterms 2010),

load unloaded in storage space in whole packing batches (metal pallet collar+FIN pallet).

The tendering procedure will be carried out as a restricted EU procurement procedure in accordance with the Act on Public Defence and Security Procurement (later the Putu Act, 1531/2011).

The Act on Public Defence and Security Procurement has been applied to the procurement

(1531/2011, hereinafter referred to as the "Defence and Security Procurement Act"). The object of the procurement is military equipment referred to in section 5(2)(1) of the Act on Defence and Security Procurement, as it concerns equipment and materials referred to in paragraph ML17 of the Common Military List of the European Union

2023/C72/02 (Equipment and materials specially designed for military use, coated or treated with signals

and not specified elsewhere in the EU Common Military List). The use of this provision of the Act is justified, as the m23 of a tent subject to procurement
