This contract concerns the clean-up services of draining sections on behalf of the 84 municipalities of the province of Liège and the SET management. The purpose of this contract is to:

— pumping and sucking sediment,

— the deobstruction and cleaning of works,

— removal of land, blocks, waste, gravel or any other material,

— the transport and treatment of waste from collectors and other works.

The use of a recycler truck is mandatory.

The services are made on the entire territory of the province of Liège on which the communal drainage networks are distributed.

The bidder's attention is drawn to the fact that these services are located on works in operation, on roads sometimes with high density of carriages (communal and regional roads) or on grassland and cropland.

Lot 1 (geographical area of Huy-Waremme-Hannut) includes the municipalities of Lincent, Hannut, Berloz, Oreye, Crisnée, Awans, Remicourt, Waremme, Geer, Faimes, Donceel, Fexhe-le-Haut-Clocher, Grâce-Hollogne, Braives, Burdinne, Verlaine, Saint-Georges-sur-Meuse, Flémalne Engis, Amay, Villers-le-Bouillet, Wasseiges, Burdinne, Heron, Wanze, Nandrin, Huy, Nandrin, Marchin, Modave, Tinlot, Keyboard (32).

For a clearing length estimated at 21 kms/year.

Lot 2 (geographical area of Liège upstream Aywaille) includes the municipalities of Bassenge, Juprelle, Oupeye, Ans, Herstal, Liège, Beyne-Heusay, Saint-Nicolas, Fléron, Seraing, Chaudfontaine, Neupré, Esneux, Trooz, Sprimont, Anthisnes, Comblain-au-Pont, Aywaille, Ouffet, Hamoir, Ferrières, Lierneux, Stoumont (23).

Lot 3 (geographical area of Verviers Malmedy) includes the municipalities of Plombières, Kelmis, Lontzen, Raeren, Welkenraedt, Dalhem, Aubel, Blégny, Herve, Thimister-Clermont, Eupen, Soumagne, Dison, Limburg, Olne, Pepinster, Verviers, Baelen, Theux, Jalhay, Spa, Butgenbach, Stavelot, Malmedy, Waimes, Bullingen, Trois-Bridges, Amel, Sankt-Vith, Burg-Reuland (29).
