The contract concerns the recovery service of the organic fraction from biodegradable municipal waste from the territories of the Municipality of Ancona, the Municipality of Fabriano and other municipalities in the Province of Ancona, in accordance with the provisions of the current provisions on the subject.

The type of waste in question is classified in accordance with Annex D to Part IV of Legislative Decree 152/2006 and subsequent amendments with the CER code 200108.

The successful bidder will have to guarantee only the service relating to the recovery of the organic fraction in the “destination” plant authorized for the recovery of CER 200108, assuming the related costs expense.

The transport activity will be carried out by Anconambiente at its own expense.
