The consultation concerns assistance to the contracting authority for the conduct of operations from the programme phase to the end of the guarantees.

The mission is divided into five phases:

— phase 1: program,

— phase 2: studies,

— phase 3: works,

— phase 4: reception,

— phase 5: guarantees.

The layout of networks is likely to evolve. The list of buildings to be connected may also change accordingly. In this context these services will be the subject of purchase orders specifying the forecast envelope of the works, the site and the affected tranche of the B prices of the BPU.

Market form: to purchase orders without minimum or maximum. Award of a single contract. Estimated benefits for the duration of the framework agreement: EUR 214,000.00. Details of the tasks entrusted to the holder: 1/1/2/3/4/03.01./03.02./03.03.03.04./04.01./04.02./04.03./04.04.04./05.01./05.02.
