Vitens wishes to contract a Contractor for the provision of AV facilities, including the associated services. A European tender is necessary in order to legitimately meet the need in the field of AV facilities.

In the current situation, Vitens has entered into an agreement with one (1) contractor for the annual service / performance of corrective maintenance of various AV facilities. The AV facilities at the Vitens locations were delivered on the basis of separate assignments. The AV facilities at these locations are the property of Vitens.

The Assignment concerns the provision of AV facilities. This concerns both the delivery of products and the associated services:

- delivery and installation AV facilities new Arnhem office,

- replacement and extension of AV facilities,

- service maintenance,

- event services,

- narrowcasting,

- optional features.
