The target of the procurement is those to be placed in the distribution network of Helen Electricity Network Ltd (hereinafter referred to as the "Subscriber")
separate transformer substations for the period 1.1.2023 - 31.12.2024.
The estimated total amount of procurement is approximately 30 pcs (i.e. 15 pcs/year).
Approximately on an annual basis:

However, the subscriber cannot commit to this amount. That's just an estimate.
However, different types of substations (Positions) can be offered in parts.
Separate transformer substation deliveries weighing more than 4000 kg are transported directly
to the installation site. The Supplier is responsible for the lifting work, any requirements for the lifting site
on traffic arrangements, permits and lifting plan in the case of more than 4000 kg
heavy separate transformer substation delivery. This must be included in the promotional price.
The client has the right to combine the acquisitions of the following positions:
* Pos. 3 and 4 OR
* Pos. 5 and 6.
If post positions 3 and 4 or positions 5 and 6 are combined, the decisive factor is the combined price and the qualitative factors of those positions.
However, the selected supplier(s) (1-4 pcs) do not receive private rights to all of the Client's transformer substation projects. The client has the right to acquire e.g. architectural, technical and
based on scheduling reasons, transformer substations from other operators as well.
The operating area is uusimaa county. Mainly Helsinki.
