All Risk Insurance policy for Material Damage, which covers the loss or material damage of the assets of the same, as well as those goods whose use or enjoyment holds, whether by way of assignment, lease or any other title, as a result of the occurrence of any of the risks covered in accordance with the conditions specified in the technical specifications, which are considered minimum coverage and will be an inseparable part of the insurance policy. The conditions established in said specifications will always prevail, and in case of contradiction, over any other condition established in any document or particular, special or general clauses of the policy.

Within the established limits, the Insurer will compensate the material damages and losses caused directly to the insured goods suddenly, accidentally and unforeseen by all risks not specifically excluded.

The Murcian Institute of Social Action, in compliance with the purposes that are its own, develops a management in the facilities that have under its management. These procedures entail a risk for both personnel and property, both of the Administration itself and of third parties, which makes it absolutely essential to have them insured. In any case, the facilities and equipment under the management of the IMAS are subject to a risk of loss or damage by accident that makes, in the same way, fundamental the insurance of the same.

In these circumstances, given the diversity of activities and assets under the management of the IMAS, the need arises to have an insurance policy appropriate to each type of risk that is intended to cover.

In this context, it is proposed to take out an insurance policy for all risks of material damage from the IMAS in order to insure the economic consequences derived from the losses that the IMAS suffers due to damage to its property due to current insurable risks.
