Electrical technical property service is carried out in the buildings of the Danish Parliament (Christiansborg Palace, Søndre Løngang, Kirke Løngang, Liaison building, Victualling House, Rigsdagsgården 11A-13B, Chr. Brygge 6, the Danish National Archives Building and the member residences of the Danish Parliament (Tordenskjoldsgade and Anker Heegaards Gade) totalling approx. 78,000m2.

The typical work areas are: 1. Strong current, including electrical installations and lighting 2. PDS and fiber installations 3. Other low-voltage systems 4. PLC controllers - Simatic and Logo 5. Dali lighting and programming 6. Urgent tasks The tasks are described in more detail in Appendix 2, Scope of the task. The framework agreement covers both operation and maintenance tasks as well as new tasks. On average, there is a need for 3 full-time electricians, including 1 programmer/technician who forms a permanent team. In addition, there is a need to be able to call in additional electricians for urgent tasks.
