The contract concerns treatment services, aimed at recovery, pursuant to Articles. 181 and 216 of Legislative Decree no. 152/2006 and subsequent amendments, of waste identified with the specific E.E.R. codes, including transport activities to destination, in the manner set out in the tender specifications relating to the individual lots and for the quantities indicated in the tender specifications.

The contract has as its object the treatment service, aimed at recovery, pursuant to Articles. 181 and 216 of Legislative Decree 3 April 2006, n. 152 and subsequent amendments, of waste identified with E.E.R. code 16 01 03 (end-of-life tyres) with or without metal rim; This includes transport activities to destination, to be carried out in the manner set out in these specifications and for the quantities indicated in the notice and tender specifications.

The contract has as its object the treatment service aimed at recovery, pursuant to Articles. 181 and 216 of Legislative Decree 3 April 2006, n. 152 and subsequent amendments, including transport to the plants of destination, of waste identified with code E.E.R. 20 01 38 (wood other than that referred to in item 20 01 37 *) and E.E.R 15 01 03 (wooden packaging), to be carried out in the manner set out in these specifications and for the quantities indicated in the notice and tender specifications.

The contract has as its object the treatment service aimed at recovery, pursuant to Articles. 181 and 216 of Legislative Decree 3 April 2006, n. 152 and subsequent amendments, including transport to the plants of destination, of waste identified with code E.E.R. 20 03 03 (residues of street cleaning); This includes transport activities to destination, to be carried out in the manner set out in these specifications and for the quantities indicated in the tender specification.

The contract has as its object the treatment service aimed at recovery, pursuant to Articles. 181 and 216 of Legislative Decree 3 April 2006, n. 152 and subsequent amendments, of waste identified with E.E.R. code 20 02 01 (biodegradable waste), including the transport service to the plants of destination, to be carried out in the manner set out in these tender specifications and for the quantities indicated in the notice and in the tender specifications.

The contract has as its object the recovery service, pursuant to art. 181 Legislative Decree 3 April 2006, n. 152 and subsequent amendments, with transport, of waste identified with E.E.R. code 20 01 27 * (paints, inks, adhesives and resins containing dangerous substances); This includes transport activities to destination, to be carried out in the manner set out in these specifications and for the quantities indicated in the notice and tender specifications.
