A new 6-group crèche with a total of 150 places (25 places per group) is to be built on the site of the primary and secondary school Scharrerstraße 33. The school building from 1908 is a listed building.

The planning includes all services of service phases 1-9 of the HOAI as well as some special services according to the model contract. The

The client reserves the right to commission the services in stages, initially for service phases 1 and 2, as well as to partially commission the special services. (see also II.2.11 Information on options).

On the basis of the approved space program, the following characteristic value is obtained:

The budget for the entire project amounts to approx. EUR 10.8 million gross,

In order to implement the "Guidelines for energy-efficient, economical and sustainable construction and renovation in building construction measures of the city of Nuremberg", a climate-friendly new building in timber construction is to be built.

A major focus of our work is on the topic of sustainability.

A sustainability coordinator is to be appointed to oversee the planning.

The building is to be certified as a "climate-friendly non-residential building – with QNG". The aim is to achieve at least the "QNG Plus" quality seal for sustainable buildings in order to meet the corresponding KfW funding requirements.

Appropriate integrated planning between the parties involved is a prerequisite for this.

The services of structural design, technical planning of technical building equipment, consulting services for preventive fire protection and preparation of fire protection concepts, consulting services for building physics, planning of outdoor facilities, sustainability coordination with the aim of certification, as well as health and safety coordination are awarded separately.

Other stakeholders include various departments of the City of Nuremberg, such as occupational safety, disability representatives, staff representatives and municipal energy management, in the planning process.
