The purpose of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer in the areas of consultancy, purchase and/or hire, maintenance, support and consultancy services for software and hardware within the areas of network, security (hereunder fire wall), servers, storage, backup, and meeting solutions (hereunder called video conference). The current technical infrastructure and systems will be continued.

Utlendingsnemnda [the Immigration Appeals Board] will enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer for the areas of advisory services, purchase and/or hire, maintenance, support and consultancy services for software and hardware within the areas of network, security (including firewall), servers, storage, backup and meeting room solutions (including video-conferencing). The current technical infrastructure and systems will be continued.

The contracting authority has a need to enter into a framework agreement that covers the need named above, in connection with the expansion of the existing systems, gradual replacement of the existing equipment and purchase of new equipment related to life-cycle and changed framework conditions.
