Third Party Application Maintenance (TMA) of existing or future applications of the SYRENAD - eMDIS information system on behalf of the Biomedicine Agency

The purpose of this framework agreement is the Third Party Application Maintenance (TMA) of existing or future applications of the SYRENAD - emdis information systemThe purpose of this contract is threefold:- Guarantee the maintenance in good working order of these applications, existing and future, as well as their evolutions.- Manage sensitive IS projects (e.g. develop new IS applications).- Support the agency in the implementation of its solutions thanks to expertise of the incumbent (e.g. architecture optimization, recipe assistance, methodology, information systems security, application migration, new technologies)
