The acquisition is the target of copying and printing services for the Salon Regional Education Group. An acquisition is an acquisition above the EU threshold. An open procedure is used as a procurement procedure. The offer and the requested annexes will be submitted in the Finnish language. The most economically advantageous of the offers are selected as the contract vendor. The rationale for overall economic affordability is the price-to-quality ratio. The one that is most economically advantageous will be selected from the tenders accepted. The criteria for assessment include price, 60 points, and quality factors, 40 points. A total of 100 points. Price and quality scoring are calculated proportionately.
Copying and printing services shall mean in this call for tender that the service provider delivers and keeps the contracted MFs and related software in working order at the premises designated by the contracting entity. The goal of the acquisition is to have a system adaptable to the print environment and its changes. The solution also includes a reporting system for detecting changes in the print environment. The same reporting system is also used to track print costs. The service provided must comply with the description of the service (IIite 1 Service Description).
The volumes presented in the tender offer are estimates and SSKKY does not undertake a specific acquisition amount or value in this procurement competition. The Salon Region Training Group acquires MFPs as required and does not commit to any print and copy volumes.
The subscriber chooses one (1) vendor with which it contracts. The contract period is three (3) years and starts with the signing of the contract. In addition, the subscriber reserves the right to an option period of one (1) years. If the option period is not imposed, the subscriber will inform you that I will last three (3) months before the end of the contract period. The estimated start date of the contract period is 1 August 2021. The contract may be concluded no earlier than 14 days after the tenderer has received or is deemed to have received the decision with its reasoning.
Part-bids are not allowed. Alternative offers are not accepted.
An offer may be submitted as a grouping. Conglomerate refers to the cooperation of companies in order to obtain a contract. The offer must indicate that it has been made as a conglomerate. Members of the faction should also be announced in the bid. All requirements concerning the tenderer of the invitation to tender and its annexes also apply to members of the conglomerate as bidder. Each member of the faction must fill out an ESPD form. The group must make its bid as a conglomerate. All members of the conglomerate, e.g. group companies, shall be notified in the offer. The acquisition decision will be forwarded by email for information to all tenders.
