The tender concerns the renovation of Civicas apartments, including painting, flooring and cleaning, in connection with vacancies.
Civica (hereinafter referred to as the client) wishes to enter into agreements (framework agreements) with one contractor per lot, but the same contractor may be awarded more than one lot.
The contracts are concluded for a period of 4 years.

Tenders may be submitted for one, several or all lots. A maximum of five lots may be awarded to one tenderer. Contracts are awarded in accordance with section 4 "Award criterion and award" of the specifications.
