According to the model room program for primary schools of the Free State of Saxony, a sports hall with a playing field without a grandstand is to be realized. The gym is primarily to be classified for use in school sports

The new sports hall is to be located at a different location than the existing one. As a result, school sports will continue to be guaranteed during the construction work. After the completion of the new hall, the old one will be demolished, which is also part of this construction project.

Within the scope of this call for tenders, these are the planning services for service phases 1 to 9 according to HOAI.

New construction of the building with corresponding requirements for current EnEV guidelines is planned. The property planner is required to present optimal solutions for the fire protection concept and for barrier-free access.

The client explicitly attaches importance to a cost-effective and urban planning compatible solution with necessary prioritization options in the execution, which primarily ensures the usability of the object. The planning and implementation by the contractors shall be based on the simplest possible execution.

There is currently no funding, if so, then the measure must be carried out and billed or implemented in accordance with the funding facts of the funding provider.

b) Accessibility concept

c) Creation and implementation of fire protection concept

d) Demolition planning for old gym

Basic services structural design according to §§50, 51 HOAI, service phases 1-6

Special services:

a)LP 8 - Engineering control of the execution of the supporting structure for compliance with the tested static documents as well as the construction aids, fuse, crane, etc.

b) Proof of constructive fire protection

The Contractor shall provide the services in accordance with HOAI, Part 4, Section 2 of LP 1 to LP 9, §§ 53-56 and Annex 15.1, and 15.2, Investment Groups 1, 2 and 3.

Special services:

Checking and acknowledging formwork plans of the structural engineer for compliance with the slot and breakthrough planning.

The planning services to be offered include the necessary state-of-the-art technical systems.

The Contractor shall provide the services in accordance with HOAI, Part 4, Section 2 of LP 1 to LP 9, §§ 53-56 and Annex 15.1, and 15.2, Investment Groups 4 and 5.
