1. The subject of the order is factory delivery of a new aircraft with a type certified by the European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) for advanced aeronautical aerobatics.

2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the order is set out in Annex 2 to SWZ “Description of the subject of the order”.

3. The Contractor is obliged to fulfil the contract under the terms and conditions described in the template of Annex 5 to the SWZ.
