Wholesale food products subject to acquisition

The competition is organized as a procurement ring, of which Tuomi Logistiikka Oy and Sansia Oy are members.

One joint supplier is selected for the entire procurement ring.

Both members of the procurement ring, Tuomi Logistiikka Oy and Sansia Oy, make their own contracts with the selected supplier.

The joint procurement agreement of Tuomi Logistiikka Oy is entitled to use Pirkanmaan Jas Oy, Tampere City, Tammenlehväkeskus Oy, Valkeakoske Town, Aka Municipality, Urjala Municipality and SK Hankintaservices Oy.

The Sansia Oy Joint Purchase Agreement shall be entitled to use Servica Oy and a description of the contracting entities set out in the request for tender.

The products in this RFQ are wholesale foods required by subscribers.

Tuomi Logistiikka Oy's joint acquisition agreement will commence on 1 March 2022. Tuomi Logistics Oy's Joint Purchase Agreement shall be entitled to use the contracting entities set out below. Estimated annual purchase volumes based on historical data are also described below without commitment by customer.

Based on the information at the time of the bid, customers are aiming for strong growth. Social and health care reform is also estimated to have an impact on the overall value of this acquisition. Growth targets have been taken into account when determining the projected total value of the acquisition. Based on historical data, the estimated annual value of the acquisition is approximately €7,075,000 per year for the contract of Tuomi Logistics Ltd. If the growth targets are realised, the total value of the acquisition may be EUR 37,300 000 for the contract period of Tuomi Logistics Ltd.

Sansia Oy's joint procurement agreement will begin within 6 months of the signing of the contract. The Sansia Oy Joint Purchase Agreement shall be entitled to use the contracting entities set out below. Estimated annual purchase volumes without commitment by customer are also described below.
