This contract consists of 5 positions, namely:

The adjudicator expects, first and foremost, that the proposed software solution:

- Has a single interface that offers functionalities relevant to the objectives pursued by the adjudicator ("utility"), namely the management of plans, portfolios, programmes and projects;

- Allows intuitive use for uninitiated users;

- Allows an effective, efficient and satisfactory navigation for the user;

- Has a clean, functional and attractive interface.
