The objective of the framework agreements is to ensure that the Contracting Authority obtains a cost-effective and rational procurement of groceries and dairy products. The products shall be delivered to institutional household kitchens, department kitchens, canteens, home economics kitchens, nursery schools and smaller units such as day care centres and houses for people with special needs.
The framework agreement(s) is (are) applicable to the products specified in the price list and Annex 5 to the requirement specification, and closely related products. In instances where it may be doubt concerning the understanding of whether or not a product is ‘closely related’, the Contracting Authority's contract officer will make the decision.
The competitive tender procedure is divided into the following groups:
a. Grocery products,
b. Dairy products.
Tenderers are allowed to submit tenders for 1 group or both.
The Contract Award is done per group. 1 framework agreement for each group may then be awarded. It is possible to enter into a contract with the same supplier for both groups.
Unilateral option for prolongation of the contract with 1 + 1 years.
