1. The subject of the contract is to carry out an outdoor campaign on the European Funds.
2. The contract will be awarded in three parts:
a. Part I: Campaign implemented in the city of Krakow on citylight media,
b. Part II: Campaign in the city of Krakow: poster on ad poles type round or advertising board
c. Part III: Campaign implemented in the Małopolskie Voivodeship: advertising of billboard or frontlight grid type.
3. Each campaign within each part of the order will consist of a minimum of one and a maximum of two editions.

4. As part of each campaign edition, the Contractor will be obliged to provide advertising space on the advertising media indicated in the given part of the order and the implementation of advertising activities including:
a. printing, assembly, exposure and dismantling of advertisements on the advertising media indicated in a given part of the order in min. 2 a max 10 graphic creations,
b. elaboration of photo reports on the implementation of advertising activities,
c. Providing tests on the parameters of reaching the recipient in selected locations.
5. The detailed Description of the Subject of the Order (SOPZ) for Part I, Part II and Part III is Annex No 1D to the SWs, which is also annex 1 to the Agreement.
6. The terms of execution of the contract for Part I, Part II and Part III are contained in the proposed provisions of the public procurement agreement to be entered into the content of that agreement — the model of the contract which is annex 1C to the swz.
7. If the name of trademarks, patents or origin shall be considered only as an aid in describing the subject of the order. In any case, products equivalent in design, parameters, purpose are permissible. The equivalence criteria are described in the SOPZ.
8. The Contracting Authority, according to the disposal of Article 95 of the Act, specifies that it does not require employment by the contractor or subcontractor on the basis of the working relationship of persons performing the performance of the contract.
