The Core Capacity Calculation Region is a collaboration between 16 Transmission System Operators (TSOs) in Central Europe to implement the Capacity Allocation and Congestion Management guideline.

To support the testing of the Core Capacity Flow-Based Calculation and Market Coupling process the Core TSOs seek to contract a supplier who can support the CCR with testing and quality assurance services for the dedicated systems that are build to support this process.  

The scope of the external testing service support comprises of 1) Testing services within an agile development environment, 2) Consultancy testing services connected to the CORE system to individual TSOs.
