Basically, this procurement does not primarily serve the replacement of already obsolete hardware, but is intended to equip new premises and to supplement the stock. Especially with regard to the constantly increasing demands on the use of information technology, the Chamber of Crafts would like to meet these requirements, but also enable its employees and trainees to work in a modern and contemporary way with technical work material.

Procurement is therefore advertised in all performance classes, except monitors, as a supplier competition and thus manufacturer-specific. The performance class of the monitors, on the other hand, is advertised manufacturer-neutrally.

Specifically, the tender includes the procurement of Promethan ActivPanels, Dell notebooks and personal computers, IGEL thin clients and Apple iPads as well as monitors.
