The subject of the Order is:

a) Preparation and transfer to the Ordering Party of complete design documentation for the task entitled "Development of design documentation for the construction of the Mielnik II Measuring Station"

b) obtaining and submitting to the Ordering Party the final decision of the building permit, necessary to perform construction works based on the developed design documentation or notification of construction works to the competent architectural and construction administration body and obtaining a certificate of no objection in the case of notification of construction works and forwarding it to the Ordering Party

c) performing author's supervision during the implementation of construction works carried out on the basis of the developed design documentation (basic order). The Contractor is obliged to no more than 2 (in words: two) stays resulting from the Ordering Party's calls within the basic period of author's supervision referred to in §2 section 2 letter c) of the Agreement.
