The contracting authority wants to enter into a framework agreement with one supplier per lot as of 1 January 2023. The contracting authority wishes to conclude a framework agreement per lot for a period of two (2) years with two (2) times an option to extend one (1) year which can be exercised unilaterally by the contracting authority.
