The Norwegian Public Service Pension Fund (abbreviated and henceforth referred to as SPK) wishes to engage service providers that can provide the following consultancy services to SPK.

— Architects (Java and front end);

— Java developers, including a Java system developer with scrum mastering experience;

— A database consultant;

— Front end developers. A technical development environment consultant.
