The object of the procedure is the assignment of the engineering service for the position of Contract Execution Directorate (DEC) for the verification of the correct and punctual execution of scheduled maintenance, by the Concessionaire of all the components included in the plant consistency referred to in the public-private partnership contract (PPP) - Energy services and technological multiservice at the buildings pertaining to the University of Parma through EPC.

The award will take place through an open procedure and with the application of the criterion of the most economically advantageous offer identified on the basis of the best value for money
