The subject of the contract is the performance of active protection activities in the field of manual and mechanical removal of undesirable species of trees, shrubs and tree shoots along with the removal of biomass from the reserve. The order was divided into 3 parts.

Scope and conditions for carrying out conservation activities 1) removal as low as possible, at the very ground of undergrowth species (shrubs and tree shoots) of all individuals of common hazel, small-leaved linden, hornbeam, maples, red oak, locust locust and bird cherry, with the removal of biomass from the area of the nature reserve in the separation of 95 -a, Kutno Forest District, with a total area of 10.21 ha - the area of implementation of the protection measure in 2020; 2) felling of trees of common hazel, hornbeam, small-leaved linden and red oak trees and removal of as low as possible, at the very ground of undergrowth species (shrubs and shoots of trees) of all individuals of common hazel, small-leaved linden, hornbeam, maples, red oak, locust locust and bird cherry, with the removal of biomass from the area of the nature reserve in the separation of 95 -a, Kutno Forest District, with a total area of 2.19 ha - a new area for the implementation of activities Protective; 3) the areas covered by the activities referred to in point 1 and point 2 are presented graphically on the map entitled Location of protective measures in the "Dąbrowa Świetlista" nature reserve and in photos taken in March 2023. The Ordering Party reserves that the photos posted are for illustrative purposes and do not reflect the conditions that will prevail in the nature reserve during the performance of protective activities; 4) activities should be carried out in accordance with Regulation No. 32/2013 of the Regional Director for Environmental Protection in Łódź of 26 June 2013 on the establishment of a protection plan for the "Dąbrowa Świetlista" nature reserve (Dz. Woj. Łódzkiego, item 3526 and of 2015, item 138), with the scope of the plan of protection tasks for the Natura 2000 site; 5) The Contractor is obliged to agree on the entry into the area with the site manager, i.e. the Kutno Forest District; 6) wood biomass obtained by the Contractor, in the form of coarse, constituting the property of PGL Lasów Państwowe Forest District Kutno, will be manipulated by the Contractor, in a manner agreed with the forest inspectorate, and transported outside the reserve, to a place designated by the site manager; 7) the remaining biomass will be removed by the Contractor on an ongoing basis from the area covered by protective measures, in order to eliminate its deferral, and at the same time will manage it on its own in accordance with environmental protection regulations; 8) The Contractor is obliged to carry out the above-mentioned works, in accordance with the indications of the site manager.

Scope and conditions for conducting conservation activities 1) removal of as low as possible, at the very ground of undergrowth species (shrubs and tree shoots) of all individuals of hornbeam, common hazel, locust locust along with the removal of the removed biomass outside the nature reserve in divisions 117 -h, -i and 126 -a, -b, -c, -d, Poddębice Forest District, with a total area of 25.65 ha - the area of the protection measure in 2020; 2) felling of hornbeam trees, small-leaved linden, common hazel, red oak and removal of as low as possible, at the very ground undergrowth species (shrubs and tree shoots) of all individuals of hornbeam, common hazel, locust locust along with the removal of the removed biomass outside the nature reserve in the divisions 117 -g and 125 -b Poddębice Forest District, with a total area of 4.25 ha - a new area for the implementation of protection activities; 3) the areas covered by the measures referred to in point 1 and point 2 are presented graphically on the map entitled Location of protective measures in the "Napoleonów" nature reserve and in photos taken in March 2023. The Ordering Party reserves that the photos posted are for illustrative purposes and do not reflect the conditions that will prevail in the nature reserve during the performance of protective activities; 4) activities should be carried out in accordance with the Ordinance of the Regional Director for Environmental Protection in Łódź of 23 March 2020 on the establishment of protective tasks for the "Napoleonów" nature reserve; 5) The Contractor is obliged to agree on the entry into the area with the site manager, i.e. the Poddębice Forest Inspectorate; 6) wood biomass obtained by the Contractor, in the form of coarse, owned by PGL Lasów Państwowe Nadleśnictwa Poddębice, will be manipulated by the Contractor, in a manner agreed with the forest inspectorate, and transported outside the reserve, to a place designated by the site manager; 7) the remaining biomass will be removed by the Contractor on an ongoing basis from the area covered by protective measures, in order to eliminate its deferral, and at the same time will manage it on its own in accordance with environmental protection regulations; 8) The Contractor is obliged to carry out the above-mentioned works, in accordance with the indications of the site manager.

The Ordering Party reserves that the photos posted are for illustrative purposes and do not reflect the conditions that will prevail in the nature reserve during the performance of protective activities; 3) activities should be carried out in accordance with Regulation No. 14/2013 of the Regional Director for Environmental Protection in Łódź of 25 June 2013 on the establishment of a protection plan for the "Półboru" nature reserve (Dz. Woj. Łódzkiego, item 3591 and of 2015, item 139); 4) The Contractor is obliged to agree the entry into the area with the site manager, i.e. the Kolumna Forest District; 5) the obtained biomass will be removed by the Contractor on an ongoing basis from the area covered by conservation measures, in order to eliminate its deferral, and at the same time will manage it on its own in accordance with environmental protection regulations; 6) The contractor is obliged to carry out the above-mentioned works, in accordance with the indications of the site manager.
